The majority of our products are pierced earrings. These are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item reaches you in a faulty condition, please do not unpackage it – simply email [email protected] or use our contact page to get in touch. All items are checked carefully before dispatch, so any damage will have been caused in transit. We may therefore ask for a photograph of the damage, enabling us to claim from Royal Mail.
Any other items (i.e. that are not pierced earrings) may be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt. Please do contact us if you need to return something.
