Where we ship to
We offer low cost or free delivery to the UK.
We can also ship to the Isle of Man and Guernsey.
Delivery is FREE in the UK for orders £40+. This will be Tracked 48.
Unfortunately, due to increased costs on shipping and customs duties, and the fact that we cannot find a low cost service that offers tracking (resulting in too many parcels going astray), we can no longer deliver internationally. This is with huge regret as we really have enjoyed serving customers from all over the world over the years, but we had reached the stage where the cost of sending an international order was greater than the value of the order itself.
VAT and taxes
We are no longer registered for VAT and VAT is NOT added to the prices that you see.
Timescales for shipping
- If your order is received by 12pm Monday to Friday, it will usually be sent out the same working day.
- Orders received on Saturday will usually be sent out Monday.
- Any seasonal changes to the above will be displayed in a notice at the top of the website, as will holiday periods.
We cannot absolutely guarantee these timescales, particularly during busier times, so if the order is an urgent gift, do drop us a line first to check we can get it to you in time.
Services
We are now only shipping by Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. These services are more reliable and are a comparable price.
We will pass on the contact information you provide with your order to Royal Mail for the purpose of updating you about your shipment.
You are welcome to specify a ‘safe place’ in the order notes – however, they do not need a signature and the parcel should fit through your letterbox.
FREE: For orders £40+ in the UK, delivery is free and this will be Tracked 48.
