925 Sterling Silver lightweight twisted ear cuff

This is a simple and very lightweight Sterling Silver ear cuff made up of a twisted wire design with two end balls. It is a great way to achieve the appearance of an orbital (conch) style piercing without having to endure the actual piercing!
