A pair of long, fine sterling silver cross drop earrings that move as you do. Each one is a thin cable chain with a small polished cross at the front and a slim silver bar behind. At roughly 12.7cm in length, they have a real drop to them, yet the delicate chain keeps them light and easy to wear.
To put them on, you thread the bar through your piercing and let the chain slide until the cross sits where you want it. Worn through a single lobe, the cross falls at the front and the bar hangs behind – a simple, elegant look. If you have a second piercing, you can thread the chain through both, so it sits in a soft loop between the two (as shown in the second photo).
These sterling silver cross earrings are quietly meaningful without being ornate. The cross has been worn as jewellery for centuries – a small, personal symbol that suits everyday wear as much as it does a special occasion. Here it stays understated at around 7mm wide, so it complements an outfit rather than dominating it, and pairs just as easily with a plain top as it does with something dressier.
Being solid 925 sterling silver, they keep their shine with very little effort. If the finish ever softens, a quick pass with a silver polishing cloth restores it. Sterling silver is also a sensible choice if you find some metals don’t agree with your ears.
