A pair of playful mismatched threader earrings, because who says earrings have to match? One side is a little outline cat, sitting with its back to you and its tail curling round; the other is a cheeky fish bone. Together they tell a sweet, slightly cheeky story – the cat that got the fish – which is exactly what makes them so much fun to wear.
Both charms are open, cut-out silhouettes in 925 sterling silver, hanging from a fine box-style chain with a slim threader bar at the end. The cat measures around 6mm wide with a total length of about 8.7cm, and the fish bone about 5mm wide and 8.4cm long – so they hang at a nicely similar length while staying happily different.
To wear them, you thread the bar through your piercing and let the chain slide until the charm sits where you want it, with the chain falling softly behind. There’s a decent length to play with, so you can wear them long or thread the chain through a second piercing if you have one.
These are a great pick for cat lovers, or anyone who likes their jewellery with a bit of personality and a sense of humour. They dress up or down easily – as at home with jeans as they are with something smarter.
